Shipping & Returns Policy
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all products and Services offered by Urban Edge Services LLC, doing business as NexgenSim.
1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 14 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All UK and Europe deliveries are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
- We will select the carrier based on the delivery cost and estimated delivery time offered.

- For bulky shipments, please contact us at support@nexgensim.com.
- Delivery estimates vary based on your location.
- While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, NexgenSim is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
Other Shipping Restrictions
- Heavy Products: Products such as interior liners and Shell cannot be shipped via air and will be sent via sea.
- Please contact us at support@nexgensim.com for specific shipping arrangements for heavy or oversized items.
Delayed Orders
- If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
- For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- You will be provided with the tracking numbers when the order is dispatched and notified via email, and you can also view them in your account dashboard.
- Please note that the time it takes for tracking numbers to become active is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- NexgenSim is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Please note: We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Damages
- NexgenSim is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- We recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance, as we are not liable for any damage that may occur during transit.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
2. Refunds & Returns Policy
Return Period
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Defective Products: If the product is defective, we will replace it for you free of cost. Please contact us at support@nexgensim.com to initiate a replacement.
Return Process
- To start a return, you must contact us at support@nexgensim.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return Shipping: If the customer wants to return a product (excluding the case of a defective product), the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item to NexgenSim.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
Non-Refundable Items
- Taxes and Shipping Fees: Please be aware that taxes and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom Products: Special orders, personalized items, or bespoke simulation panels.
- Software / Digital Goods: Downloadable content or software licenses.
- Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or discounted products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds Status
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nexgensim.com.
